Delete Your Data
H28 has no sign-up. There is no username, email address or password, and no account for you to close. What exists is an anonymous identifier generated on your device, plus the scan results tied to it. This page explains how to erase all of it.
Fastest and most reliable: open H28 and go to Profile → About → Delete my data. Because the account is anonymous and derived from your device, the app is the only place that can identify your data with certainty.
Deleting from inside the app
- Open H28.
- Open the Profile tab.
- Tap About.
- Tap Delete my data and confirm.
This removes your scan records and profile row from our servers, clears the scan photos H28 stored in its own private folder on your device, and signs you out. Deleting the app afterwards removes anything left on the device.
Requesting deletion without the app
If you have already uninstalled H28, email [email protected] with the subject H28 data deletion request. Include your H28 user ID if you still have it; you can find it in the app under Profile. We answer deletion requests within 30 days.
Because we deliberately hold no name, email address or phone number, an account with no user ID supplied may not be locatable. That is a consequence of the app collecting no identity in the first place, and it is why the in-app option above is the reliable one.
What is deleted, and what is kept

Deletion is permanent. There is no undo, and past results cannot be restored afterwards.
Retention
Scan photos are deleted from our servers immediately after the analysis runs. Results and the anonymous account are kept until you delete them. Once a deletion runs, the records above are removed rather than archived. Full detail is in the Privacy Policy, sections 7 and 8.
